What is the process for creating personalized packages?
The process starts when you fill out a detailed questionnaire. Following that, we may set up a consultation call for more insights. I'll create a selection of styles and items that suit you, sharing options through phone and WhatsApp. After you approve the selections, we'll proceed with the purchase, which generally takes 5-7 days to arrive.
How long does it take to receive my personalized package details?
The full details of your package will be available within two weeks. The initial week is spent identifying the right styles for you and confirming shipping details, with the items arriving in the following week.
Can I exchange or get a refund?
Clothing items can be exchanged or refunded, but the styling service fee is not refundable.
Will you handle the purchases?
Yes, we handle the purchasing after receiving approval on the total amount including styling fees. Alternatively, we can supply links for you to make the purchases yourself.
What will I receive at the end of the process?
You will receive a PDF with the full looks chosen, along with accessories, shoes, and recommendations for makeup and hair, especially for events such as weddings.
